Primeur is looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our team. We are a small neighbourhood restaurant cooking small plates, using the best ingredients that the UK and Europe can produce.
You would be a key team member with the chance to add your ideas and dishes to our daily changing menu. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to progress and expand on their own food style.
We have a strong track record of chefs working their way through the company into senior positions.
Ideally you would have at least 2-3 years experience working in a similar environment, be proficient in managing a section and taking care of your ordering and daily work plan.
