If you are a chef or other hospitality professional seeking employment

To enable you to register to use our website, and to post information about you and your expertise and experience on our website so that it can be seen by potential employers, who can then download your information and then contact you with a view to potential employment.

Name; email address; mobile number; details of your experience and expertise (your CV).

The processing is necessary: for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request to enter into such a contract; or for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by us; or you have otherwise consented to the processing (in that it is being carried out at your request).

How long we keep it

We keep the personal information relating to you for as long as you are registered to use our platform, and then for a period of at least 1 year after which we will delete it unless it is necessary to retain it for archival purposes (in which case we will retain an archive copy only).

If you are an employer (or member of an employer’s staff) seeking employees

Purpose of processing

To provide you with our services, including: to enable you to register to use our platform; to subscribe for membership; to search for, and download details relating to, jobseekers; to contact jobseekers with a view to potential employment.

If you are a jobseeker, then we share your personal information with potential employers who are registered to use the platform, to enable them to consider you for, and contact you in relation to, potential employment. Your personal information is shared with potential employers on the basis of a data sharing agreement between us and them, which restricts the way in which, and the purposes for which, they are entitled to process your personal information, and which requires them to contact you to tell you that they have your personal information and the basis on which they propose to retain and use it.


Otherwise:

Your name, contact, and payment details may be shared with relevant financial institutions (for example, your bank) or payment service providers, for the purpose of processing any relevant financial transaction with you in relation to the app (for example, your subscription); and

Service providers contracted to us in order to support and maintain our systems or business may obtain incidental access to your personal information when doing so; each such service provider will be party to a contract with us which protects the security and confidentiality or your data, and under which the service provider undertakes to comply with the relevant data protection regulations.
